Howel & Co is opening its first office store and is looking for a dedicated Store Associate to support daily store operations while delivering a professional and refined in-store experience. This role includes assisting clients, maintaining store presentation, supporting sales activities, and ensuring service aligns with Howel & Co standards.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist clients with a warm, polite and professional approach

- Provide accurate product knowledge and recommendations aligned with Howel & Co’s brand values

- Support sales transactions and after-sales service in accordance with store procedures

- Conduct daily stock opname and ensure inventory accuracy

- Maintain cleanliness and overall store appearance throughout operating hours

- Participate in training sessions, including product knowledge and service standards

- Assist with preparing store displays and ensure store set-up is tidy and presentable

Placement: Howel & Co Office Store – Plaza Senayan

- Minimum education senior high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent

- Previous retail experience is an advantage

- Well-groomed, disciplined, detail-oriented and responsible

- Able to respond to client inquiries with clarity, accuracy and courtesy

- Willing to work on shift basis, including weekends and public holidays

- Able to support both front service and day-to-day store operations

- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
