- Manage and create content for part of social media Bluebird Group (Instagram, TikTok, and X)

- Conduct daily social media listening and monitoring across platforms in Bluebird Group (Instagram, TikTok, and Threads)

- Assist Social Media Team in handling administrative tasks related to social media operations and content production

- Monitor social media performance metrics

- Stay updated with trends to provide insights to make Bluebird Group social media more engaging

- One-year experience handling social media for brand/community/marketing or fresh graduate in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields

- Digital-savvy and has knowledge of social media trends and analytics

- Creative, detail-oriented, and well-organized

- Loves creating content and expressing ideas on social media, backed by strong written and verbal communication skills

- Familiar with video content creation and basic editing tools (CapCut, Instagram/TikTok native features)

- Capable of managing administrative tasks in a structured and organized manner

- Proactive with good initiative, ensuring all tasks are completed thoroughly and no details are overlooked

- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Willing to work in Bluebird Head Office (Mampang, Jakarta Selatan) for 3–4 days per week
