- Monitoring operational activities on day to day basis including provide information and recommendations.
- Prepare and complete operational plans by taking into account productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Work closely with management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures.
- Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site.
